The guys at ICDI ARE AWESOME! My vehicle literally died about a block away at my work. They came right over and got it running again and back to their shop and diagnosed the problem (failed alternator) and fixed it for me in a few hours and the price they gave me was extremely reasonable!

Took my excursion in with blown head gaskets and they did not disappoint. There very knowledgeable and specialized in power stroke engines. Just talking on the phone with them you can tell they know what there doing. I will definitely recommend these guys and will use them again when I’m ready for more performance upgrades.

I brought my 38 foot diesel pusher Motorhome to ICDI on two occasions for major repair work. The entire staff and techs at ICDI is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with! The first visit to ICDI was an emergency repair job I needed done promptly. The technicians got me in and performed the repair work immediately and got me back on the road. It’s nice finding a repair shop that focuses on customer service and quality work. I won’t take my motorhome anywhere else to have work performed on it. ICDI for life!

I love how the day you bring your rig in is the day they diagnose, and if parts are available the day they do the work! My previous diesel mechanic would often have my rig for weeks "working on it." Excellent diagnosticians, quality work. Priced reasonably especially for my Mercedes-made diesel engine!

ICDI DIESEL serviced my ‘98.5 Ram 3500 DW with care, competence, and timeliness. All the grease fittings were hit, filters changed, top of the line oil put in, adjusted my real brakes, and replaced a rear axle differential pinion seal. All at a reasonable price. They will always be my diesel docs! I will go to them until my truck dies or I do. I’ll probably go first. ICDI takes better care of my truck than my docs do of me!

I had an amazing experience with ICDI Diesel Repair and can’t recommend them enough! My Toyota Corolla had developed an awful rattling sound when it was cold after a different auto shop put new tires on it. I took my car back to that first auto shop and explained the rattling sound, but they claimed nothing was wrong. ICDI Diesel Repair actually took the time to listen. Even though they specialize in Ford diesels and had a super busy week, they were incredibly responsive in their communication and very accommodating to my schedule. They only kept my car for a few hours, let it cool off completely so they could hear the rattling themselves, found the problem, fixed it, test-drove it to make sure it was truly resolved, and returned my car clean the same day so I didn’t have to worry about rearranging my transportation for the week :) The fix ended up being quick and simple, but what really impressed me was the care and attention they gave it — and they didn’t charge me anything at all! Despite their expert problem-solving and taking time out of their busy day… no charge! My Corolla sounds beautiful now, and I’m grateful to ICDI Diesel Repair for helping me drive with confidence in my vehicle again. I’ll absolutely be coming back if anything else comes up. This shop fixed a problem another mechanic caused, and they did it with honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. I don’t anticipate going anywhere else. I’m generally cautious with auto shops, especially when it comes to a Ford 6.0 diesel, but this shop has earned my trust. They’ve done major work for me — including head gaskets and more recently diagnosing and fixing an HPOP issue — and each time the focus has been on finding the root cause, not throwing parts at the truck. My truck is nearly 20 years old and honestly runs better now than it has in years. Communication was clear, pricing was fair for the scope of work, and the results speak for themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my diesel back here or recommend them to anyone who wants competent, honest work done.

Price for the repair seemed fair (R&R water pump) and I was happy with their scheduling and repair time. I will be back for future repairs (I have a list of differed maintenance). I hope they put the roulette wheel in the lobby, like I suggested, with a variety of discounts on it plus one, tiny, "Pay Double!" wedge (being a diesel shop, I figure Bankrupt is too scary). I took my BMW to Les Schwab waited for 5 hours while they were trying to align my vehicle. Only for them to come out and tell me they can't get it aligned. I took it to icdi diesel repair and the crew there took my car in and had it aligned in 1 hour. Not to mention they had the best price in town. Absolutely 100% recommend them. I also had them align my Chevrolet Tahoe. Which ended up needing ball joints. I took the truck put the ball joints in myself and they realigned my Tahoe at no expense to me. These people are great local and they really care about their customers I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is the best service I have ever had for my vehicle. I called after 5:00 PM and was greeted with a friendly kind voice reassuring me that my vehicle could be serviced first thing the next morning to prevent me from delaying my trip back home the following evening. I dropped my car off on the way to work and picked it up at lunch hour completely repaired at a fair reasonable price for my new alternator Installation. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Wow, 3 different shops looked at my truck. All wanting to throw gobbs of money at it. The last shop was in Yakima. Came up here from West Richland an was immediately impressed. Had the problem diagnosed quickly. No new tunes, no new inner cooler, no new motor, just a bug stuck in the mass air flow sensor. Great job! The looked over the whole truck, no major concerns. The fixed one of the hoses, all for under $400. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Well worth the drive!!

They do a good job of checking out my trucks thoroughly and if they find any problems they let me know and give me a written invoice on what the repairs will cost and if I want them completed at this time or not. I will definitely use ICDI for all my truck needs. The finished repairing my Ford gas engine truck 2 days ago. 4 other mechanics had tried for 3 years to fix the randomly not starting problem to know avail. Arrived in Kansas City, MO 15 minutes ago. Drove 16 hours yesterday and 7 hours today. Truck runs great. No starting problems. Better mileage. Thank you Renee(sp?) and all the mechanics. See you in 6 ro 8 weeks for service on my Dodge diesel.

2006 Ford F150 with 89k Miles started acting like it was misshifting under light load. I called Renea at ICDI because my daughter has had great service with them on her F250 diesel. By the end of the next business day the tech had test driven the pickup and I had a repair estimate. It was for a faulty number 4 coil and spark plug. They use all motocraft parts. It was ready the next afternoon. I couldn't be happier. I didn't realize how smooth the engine was supposed to run. I trust the people at ICDI to be straight with me. They really know Ford Trucks. Fabulous! This is a family owned shop. After paying almost $800.00 to have my Sprinter van diagnosed and a possible $10,000.00 repair I had it towed to ICDI Diesel. They found a $25.00 hose with a hole in it. These folks go deeper than the usual diagnostics. They have the common sense to troubleshoot what else could be wrong to give that reading. They certainly have gained my business.

I have a portable welding business and when my F-250 with 7.2 liter needs work these guys do the job! There have been a few mysterious problems with my truck. My very important source of revenue. ICDI gets it figured out and gets me back to work in a very short window. Not just once but several times when I was under pressure ICDI came through for me. I do not recommend shops often, but these guys deserve a hearty recommendation, Tim IMW's. In business since 2005.

I have been taking my Chevy Duramax 2500 Classic to ICDI for the past 8+ years. I have been real happy with their expertise and quality of work. I know everytime my truck is worked on, it is in real good hands! From the knowledgeable receptionist, the technicians, and the owners, everyone there works real hard for their customers and their trucks! The pricing has always been real fair also! I know I would pay more at other Diesel shops. At ICDI, I feel like an appreciated customer and today places like that are hard to find! The other day I had an appointment to get a glow plug replaced. I was in and out before I knew it!

For the second time in less than two months my Silverado 3500 HD required service due to a check engine alert. An appt was made for 9:00 am on Nov. 7th. Knowing I needed the truck the following day, I checked the status at 3:00pm and learned the repair was still pending. I was called after diagnostic scanning and told that nothing found would prevent my use of the truck the next day. Task completed I returned the truck to ICDI. Unfortunately the interruption required restoring my status in the que of pending work orders, delaying my repair until after the Veterans Day holiday. Nevertheless the work was completed and the cost reasonable as it required removal and reinstall of the DEF tank to replace a faulty sending unit.

ICDI Diesel has been my go-to for the last few years and I highly recommend their services if you need your diesel worked on. All staff are friendly and personable, Jamie their front desk receptionist will make you feel like family and actually listens to what you say or need. They are fair with their pricing and stand by their work, I've had a few new parts installed that ended up being bad, from the factory, and they didn’t bat an eye warranting those parts out and making things right. Good ppl very fast at getting things dine even though I had warranty insurance through Endurance and Endurance lied to get out of paying for the bad injector ICDI even pointed out that Endurance was wrong in denying my claim they still worked with me to get my rig fixed and I'll be taking my rig to them from now on

So Far so Good! The Gal @ front desk was great...I have a similar job in running my business so I can personally relate to & appreciate her care, service & upbeat attitude. We found ourselves in a really tight bind with our main vehicle (Audi😬) already waiting for the shop to take it when our GMC Duramax truck starting to act up (with the same problem that it has just been serviced for @ Another Diesel Shop a month prior & had supposedly been fixed). Hard to find a good Diesel shop that has truly experienced staff, that you can trust isn't going to just try & upsell or fix problems that aren't there, is in the fair market pricing range & can actually give you $ pricing for diagnostics, hourly rate, etc. vs "it depends on what the problem is for what we charge"!? Anyhow, ICDI got to our truck within in a few days. I thought I had been told we would receive texts updates through the entire process-when they started looking at it, made any diagnosis, started any work, etc. but I only received a text saying when my truck was Ready! I was a little surprised because she had assured me I would be notified of any problems identified & all costs associated before any work was done, BUT once I read the attached Invoice I was not as concerned because it was something simple as I figured, & it was repaired @ only about a hundred more than diagnostics fee she quoted. Only needed someone to know the system, identify the problem & fuel system wiring/plugs adjusted/cleaned out. When I got there to pick up the mechanic took the time to answer my questions & explain the issue/repair in detail so I knew what to do if any further issues. Overall we're Very Happy we chose this Shop & would Recommend!

I called ICDI an hour before close with a transmission issue in my truck and they fit me right in to get my truck diagnosed. I also gave them a laundry list of other issues wrong with my 18 year old truck. They addressed the issues and communicated with me thoroughly about what they found. The price quote was affordable and stayed true even after a few other hiccups. They are friendly, speedy, and a great shop to take your diesel to!!

I had a good experience with ICDI and will definitely go back to them in the future if needed. I had a blown engine and a few other things that came up along the way so it was a lengthy process and they had good communication along the way. They were always very helpful when I called and if the front office couldn't answer my question they would go find a tech and get the answer. As for price they had about the best price around and were fair with labor etc. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star review is the time it took to get into the shop vs the estimate. They originally stated 7-10 days before they could get it into the shop schedule but it turned out to be a full 3 weeks before they started. They did a great job though once they got to it. Even got me in on short notice for a couple weird followup appointments to tweak some stuff after the engine swap.

No place else seemed available to do my repair in a timely fashion. Wendle was almost a month wait. Got it done quick, done right, and a very readable final total. I highly recommend this shop. And the customer service was amazing, also. Five stars don’t seem like enough.

This diesel repair shop is top rating. They checked my Ram 2500 out and it came back clean. They test drove it for 30 minutes or better and it checked out fine. All done it a day and half .

They replaced the rear main on my 6.7, I had a time window to try and get the repairs done in and they got it done in time. They were very knowledgeable and didn't beat around the bush or try to drag it out. If I have something I cant/won't do by myself I'd definitely bring it back to them.

2006 Ford F350 6.0 PowerStroke. Quality and honesty goes a long ways and ICDI went above and beyond my expectations with great service and quality work. I will not take my personal or work rigs anywhere else. ICDI Diesel is the best and has proven trustworthy advice and quality workmanship time and time again. Thank you ICDI. Added service due to another issue that cropped up with cruise control and turbo and upon more deeper dive into turbo to find busted fins on an internal fan/wheel which is a rare find along with a cruise control issue and airbag sensor issue that ICDI was able to diagnose, my truck has never run better and its because they all really care about helping, troubleshooting, and repairing the issues for their customers. ICDI is the quintessential example of a courteous, genuinely honest, hard-working, professional, family-owned small business. My husband and I were stuck on the side of the highway, and were frantically calling places to take us in as we are from out of town on a road trip. Renee answered the phone and was kind, knowledgeable and took us right in. She helped read through paperwork for our warranty, understood the time sensitivity of our situation and was a calming presence during a stressful situation. The atmosphere was friendly and you could feel the familial ties in their banter and interactions. Right away I knew we were in good hands.
